Throughout my many years of buying Rolex watches, whenever I have purchased one that had an aftermarket bezel it has always been rather horrible as far as the workmanship and diamond quality.

Since I am a jewelry manufacturer I made one for myself as close to perfect as possible, better setting work, casting, polishing , diamond quality, attention to detail, ect...

Rolex sells their Factory 41mm Diamond Bezel for about $20,000.00 USD and Uses D-F Color and Flawless to VVS2 Diamonds, It will contain randomflorescent stones.

I make the Bezel in 3 different options for 41mm gold, all options willbe superior the aftermarket ones that contain poorly cut diamonds from India andexaggeratedcolors and clarity.


Excellent Quality - $1,950.00 USD -

  • F-G Color VS Clarity Excellent Belgium Cut Diamonds
  • The setting work and attention to detail will be perfect.


Rolex Comparable Quality - $3,950.00 USD

  • Same size and number of diamonds as Rolex.
  • E-G Color VVS - VS Diamonds Excellent Belgium Cut.
  • The setting work and attention to detail will be perfect.


Better Than Rolex Quality - $4,950.00 USD -
  • Same size and number of diamonds as Rolex.
  • D-E Color Flawless - VVS1 Clarity with Ideal Belgium Cut Diamonds.
  • All Diamonds will point the same way like Rolex (see picture 1 will be outlined with a red triangle so you know what I am talking about)
  • Will also include the option of no florescent diamonds or 4 florescent diamonds as markers (see picture two- The one with 4 florescent blue diamonds is the one I made, the other is the factory Rolex).
  • The setting work and attention to detail will be perfect.

Here is some info on the one I made that was the best quality:

I used only D-E Color If-VVS Stones with Ideal Cut. This is just in comparison to a Factory Rolex bezel, If I showed you the regular aftermarket ones you would see how bad most of them are made.

This first picture is just a side by side comparison to the one I made. Mine is the yellow gold one and is white gold.

Here are close ups of the Rolex Factory Bezel - Diamond Setting and Quality is Superb
but as you can see up close in the last image there is a brown inclusion in the Rolex Diamond

I had noticed that Rolex will use florescent stones (florescence is an effect that can be seen in diamonds in dark room with black light or strong UV light) they are just in there at random. I was going to use only no florescent stones but decided it would be cool to put a strong blue florescent stone at 3,6,9 markers and a very strong blue at 12 marker.)

Another cool thing I noticed is that Rolex will point every star facet of the diamond in the same direction while all the aftermarket ones just put them in there pointing random directions. I made mine so all the star facets on the diamond would point the same. I highlighted the star facet in a red triangle so you could see what it looks like
