DESCRIPTION
Concerning stage magic tricks and other drawing room entertainment, with descriptions of numerous card tricks, coin tricks, handkerchief tricks, parlour tricks, magnetic tricks, &c. A scarce work, dated from other copies on Copac.
Fully illustrated with numerous black and white photographic plates.
CONDITION
In the original publishers full cloth binding. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear only, bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities. Brattle Place stamp to endpapers. Inscribed by previous owner with the election results of 1924 to recto frontispiece. Internally, firmly bound. Light spotting to endpapers, not affecting pages that remain clean with some age toning, as usual with the type of paper used.
