*We take pride, care and time to find the items we list; hoping our customers will always find something that they like too.
*As such, we never just list a lovely product, as if it were merely a commodity; giving the customer no true or real idea as to what it actually looks like, or worse, provide you boutiques with a system generated, often incorrect, description. From our own experience, that might help the seller...but its doing very little for you, the buyer.

*We always provide multiple, original photographs, of the actual item being listed. You always know what you are buying.
*We take great care in the very careful packaging of your purchases. We try to be environmentally sound and will use clean, recycled materials where appropriate.
*We work hard to dispatch your items promptly, and to get the item to you safely (please see our feedback & comments).
*We generally use 2nd Class Royal Mail postage by default. The reason for this is that they are a longstanding company, providing an excellent and timely service. Higher cost purchases (i.e. above £20 or so) are generally sent signed for.
*Contact us if you want the cost for a Royal Mail expedited service - for deliveries within the UK (e.g. next day Special delivery, Tracked, Signed for).
*We will combine postage on multiple purchases within the UK, wherever possible. EBays checkout should let us know, but please also contact us if that is required; as we will need to send you a revised invoice before you pay.
?We use EBays own Global Shipping Programme (GSP) for purchases by buyers from abroad. Currently this does not allow for combined postage on multiple purchases. We know it is expensive, but it really does seem to do the best job so far. We have successfully sold and delivered many items across the globe: particularly to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, Africa and Asia (including Japan).
