Bound pages, with the first few pages and the front cover loose from the rest. Marked CONFIDENTIAL, and says "This is a confidential working manuscript uncorrected and unedited. All statistics, data, dates, and spellings are currently in research for checking." No writing on the pages, they are crisp and clear. The first few pages have tape remnant on them and the boutiques sides have tears/wear. Scuffs and marks to the front and back covers. General wear from age and use.
